Refund policy

1. Digital Services

— All purchases are for custom digital services (tarot readings, astrology reports, numerology analyses).
— Required details must be provided at checkout before the order can be placed.
— Work begins only after payment is received.

2. Refunds Not Available

— Once work has begun on your order, refunds are not available.
— Dissatisfaction with outcomes or interpretations is not grounds for a refund.

3. When Refunds Apply

— If you cancel by emailing support@draxenkane.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and before any work has started.
— If we are unable to deliver the service.

4. Processing Time

— Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

5. Chargebacks

— Disputes or chargebacks without valid grounds are treated as breach of contract.
— We provide proof of consent, payment, and service records to contest such claims.
— Fraudulent chargebacks may result in blacklisting from future services.
