1. Nature of Services
All products offered through this website are digital services, including but not limited to tarot readings, astrology reports, and numerology analyses.
No physical goods are shipped. Delivery is made digitally via email, through a private video link, PDF, or equivalent format.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to purchase from this website.
By completing a purchase, you confirm that you are 18 years or older and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement.
3. Customer Responsibility
You are responsible for providing accurate and complete details (such as full name, date of birth, place of birth, and specific question or focus) when submitting your order.
Orders cannot be processed until all required details are received.
4. Delivery Time
Standard delivery time is 3–7 business days from the date all required information is received.
Delays may occur due to technical issues, illness, or other circumstances beyond our control.
5. Refunds & Cancellations
Refunds are not available once work on your order has begun. Dissatisfaction with interpretations or outcomes does not qualify for a refund.
A refund is available only if:
- You may cancel by emailing support@draxenkane.com within 30 minutes of placing your order and before work has started.
- We are unable to deliver the service for any reason.
6. Disclaimer of Outcomes
All insights and interpretations are based on the information you provide and the interpretive methods used at the time of preparation.
Future events and outcomes may change depending on your personal actions and circumstances.
We do not guarantee specific results.
All services are provided for personal insight and entertainment purposes only and are not substitutes for professional medical, legal, or financial advice.

All personal details you provide are treated as strictly confidential and used solely for completing your order.
Your information is never shared, sold, or published under any circumstances.
8. Copyright & Usage Rights
All tarot readings, astrology reports, numerology analyses, videos, PDFs, and related materials created by Draxen Kane are protected by copyright and remain the intellectual property of this website and its owner.
Clients receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and use their reading for private purposes only.
Reproduction, redistribution, publication, resale, sharing, uploading, editing, or public posting (in full or in part, including screenshots or recordings) is strictly prohibited without prior written consent from Draxen Kane.
Any unauthorized use of these materials constitutes copyright infringement and may result in legal action.
9. Right of Refusal
Draxen Kane reserves the right to accept or decline any order or question at his sole discretion, without obligation to provide an explanation.
Orders that could expose the business to legal liability, platform restrictions, or reputational risk may be declined or refunded in full.
This ensures all services remain within lawful boundaries while preserving full creative and interpretive freedom.
10. Non-Transferability
Each service is prepared specifically for the person(s) named in the order.
Orders and readings cannot be transferred, reassigned, or gifted to another individual once details have been submitted.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, this website, its owner, operators, affiliates, and representatives shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, claims, or losses arising from the use or interpretation of its services.
12. Force Majeure
We are not liable for delays or failure to deliver caused by events beyond our control, including but not limited to technical failures, platform outages, illness, natural disasters, or other unforeseen circumstances.
13. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Romania.
Any disputes or claims must be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Romania.
14. Agreement
By completing a purchase, you confirm that:
- You are 18 years or older.
- You have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
- You acknowledge that all services are digital and non-refundable once preparation begins, except as provided under Section 5.
15. Chargebacks
Any attempt to dispute or reverse payment (chargeback) without valid grounds constitutes a breach of contract.
We reserve the right to submit proof of delivery, client consent, and all order records to the payment processor to contest such claims.
Customers initiating fraudulent chargebacks may be permanently blacklisted from future services.
16. Modification of Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time.
The version in effect at the time of your purchase will apply to your transaction.
Material changes will be announced through this website.
17. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
